Stop doing invoices at the kitchen table.

QuickTurn is built for mobile diesel mechanics. Finish the road call, talk through the job from your service truck, and it becomes a clean invoice with the unit number, parts, and every hour of labor. Done before you pull out.

Sound familiar?

We've talked with mobile mechanics across Utah. Fixing the truck isn't the hard part. Keeping track of it is.

Invoices at the kitchen table

Road calls end at 9 p.m. Then the notes from the truck, the texts, and the receipts all get typed in again before bed.

Hours you never billed

Drive time, diagnostic time, the extra half hour on a seized bolt. When it isn't written down, it doesn't make the invoice.

Fleets want it done their way

Unit numbers, PO numbers, mileage. Fleet customers pay slower when an invoice is missing something they need.

How it works

Three steps, done from your phone before you leave the yard.

  1. Say it

Finish the job and talk through it: customer, unit number, parts, hours, PO. Like leaving yourself a voice memo.

  2. Check it

QuickTurn turns it into an invoice with the customer and unit already filled in. You look it over and fix anything before it goes out.

  3. Send it

Text or email the invoice on the spot. The job and the truck's history are saved, so next time you know what you did on unit 214.

My dad ran his whole diesel business off pen and paper.

Built by someone who grew up around diesel

I'm Aaron, one of QuickTurn's co-founders. I grew up around my dad's diesel work and spent months working alongside him. I watched how much of his day went to notebooks, receipts, and phone calls instead of fixing trucks.

QuickTurn is the tool I wish he'd had. We're building it with real mechanics, one feature at a time, starting with the part that costs you the most time: getting from finished job to paid invoice.

Be one of the first mechanics on QuickTurn

We're starting with a small group of mobile diesel mechanics. It's free while we build it together.

Questions

How much will it cost?
It's free while we build it. We haven't set final pricing, and the first mechanics on QuickTurn get our best launch price.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
That's one of the first things we're building. Most mechanics we've talked to use QuickBooks, so getting your invoices into it without retyping is a priority.
I mostly work on fleet trucks. Will it handle that?
Yes. Unit numbers, PO numbers, and each truck's repair history are built in, because fleet customers ask for them.
I'm not great with technology. Is that a problem?
No. That's who we're building it for. If it isn't simple, that's on us, and we'll set it up with you.
Who's behind QuickTurn?
QuickTurn LLC is a small Provo, Utah company started by two co-founders, Aaron Fox and Danny Jacobsen.
